HERBORIUM TO HOLD SHAREHOLDER CONFERENCE CALL

Dr. Agnes Olszewski, Herborium Group’s president and chief executive officer,
will hold a shareholder conference call on Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at 4:15
PM EDT, to discuss its 2011 marketing plan and make an important announcement to
shareholders.
